First PTO meeting of the year is 1:00 pm on July 21st at Nettle Creek Grade School. We'd like to discuss the upcoming year, so please plan to attend. We are looking for volunteers to fill open positions for PTO President, Vice-President, and Secretary. Any questions, contact Janette Seamans at janette.seamans@nettlecreek.org
In regards to the Summer Sports interest survey, Nettle Creek is only eligible to participate in Golf and Cross Country. If you are planning on participating in either of those, a Sports Physical and Concussion form must be on file. Forms are available at the school office M-Th 8am-2pm.

This year has been filled with many accomplishments, meaningful learning experiences, and moments of pride. Our students demonstrated determination, growth, and achievement, while our teachers and staff remained committed to providing safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments each day.
To our families, thank you for your partnership, encouragement, and involvement throughout the year. Your support plays an essential role in the success of our students and school. I would also like to extend special appreciation to our PTO for the countless ways you have supported our students, staff, and school programs.
As summer begins, I encourage everyone to take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy meaningful time with family and friends. Congratulations to our graduates as they begin an exciting new chapter, and best wishes to all students for a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer break.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back for another successful and rewarding school year ahead.
Sincerely,
Mr. Merle Siefken
Superintendent/Principal

We are just 2 months away from our annual Wine and Stein fundraiser on March 7th, 2026. Our goal this year is to raise enough money to purchase a 10 passenger van for school, extracurricular, and athletic use. We believe this will be extremely beneficial and useful for students who participate in various classes, activities, and games that aren't located at the school.
The Wine & Stein website is ready for donations, sponsorships, and ticket sales. Please remember if you are donating any items, we would appreciate it if you submit them using the form online with the details including a name, photo, description, and price value.
A family letter will be coming home this month with more information on how you can help as a family. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
